We never ask for bank login credentials, investment account passwords, or authorization to access your financial institutions. If you choose to use real data in third-party AI tools during or after our courses, that usage is governed by those platforms' privacy policies, not ours. We advise learners to review AI provider terms and avoid uploading sensitive identifiers.

8. Disclosure to third parties

We may disclose personal information to:

• Payment processors for transaction processing (they handle card data under their own PCI-compliant policies)
• Cloud hosting and email service providers under contractual confidentiality obligations
• Learning management platform providers for course delivery

14. Children

Our courses are designed for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

15. Changes to this policy

If you participate in live online cohorts, video sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and absent learner access. Recordings are stored securely, accessible only to enrolled participants and instructors, and deleted according to our retention schedule unless you object in writing at [email protected] before your cohort begins.
