Terms
Terms of Service
Conditions governing use of aifinancevault.pro and enrolment in AI Finance Vault programmes.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Finance Vault Inc. ("AI Finance Vault", "we", "us"), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada (BN 762148539 RC0001). By accessing aifinancevault.pro, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Nature of services — vocational education only
AI Finance Vault provides vocational training courses teaching practical AI skills for personal and small-business finance management, including budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation and financial-planning literacy. Our services are educational only.
We do not provide financial, investment, tax or accounting advice. We are not a bank, trust company, investment dealer, portfolio manager, robo-advisor or licensed financial planning firm. The "vault" brand name is a curriculum metaphor for structured, organised learning — it does not imply custody of funds, banking services or investment products.
Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We do not guarantee savings, returns, debt reduction, income increases or any specific financial outcomes. Results depend entirely on your own application of skills taught and your individual financial circumstances.
AI tools and examples used in courses may contain errors or outdated information. Financial decisions require your own judgment and, where appropriate, consultation with licensed professionals such as financial advisers, accountants or lawyers.
3. Eligibility
Our programmes are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Enrolment and payment
Programme fees are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are due as specified at enrolment. Prices may change for future cohorts; confirmed enrolments honour the price at time of registration. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and our written confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule cohorts with reasonable notice and full refund of fees paid for the affected programme.
5. Refund policy
Full refund for cancellations 14 or more days before the programme start date. Fifty percent (50%) refund for cancellations 7–13 days before start. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of start or after programme commencement, except where required by Ontario consumer protection legislation.
Self-paced module purchases follow the same timeline based on purchase date. One free transfer to a later cohort is permitted per enrolment upon request. Refund requests: [email protected].
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, website content, logos, and curriculum structures are owned by AI Finance Vault Inc. or licensed to us. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access materials for your own learning during the programme period. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or publicly share course materials without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful purposes or to promote investment schemes, trading signals or get-rich-quick strategies
- Misrepresent your affiliation with AI Finance Vault or claim credentials we do not grant
- Share login credentials for learning platforms
- Disrupt classes, harass instructors or other learners, or upload malicious content
- Scrape, copy or automate extraction of website content without permission
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund where appropriate.
8. AI tools and third-party services
Courses reference third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) and may require you to create accounts with those providers. Your use of third-party tools is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing changes or data practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, AI Finance Vault Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from decisions you make based on course content or AI tool outputs.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including certain consumer protection rights in Ontario.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Finance Vault Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Website disclaimer
Website content is provided for general information about our training programmes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about completeness or currentness of website content. Programme details on the website are subject to change; confirmed enrolment documents prevail.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for disputes arising from these Terms or our services.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated by email where practicable.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, utility failures, labour disputes or government orders. In such cases, we will work with enrolled learners to reschedule cohorts or provide alternative access to materials where feasible.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any enrolment confirmation email, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Finance Vault Inc. regarding website use and programme enrolment, superseding prior oral or written understandings on the same subject matter.
17. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all assets, provided the successor agrees to honour these Terms. Enrolled learners will be notified of any assignment affecting active programmes.
18. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Waivers must be in writing signed by an authorised representative of AI Finance Vault Inc.
Programme materials are provided in English (Canadian). If translated summaries are offered for convenience, the English version governs in case of discrepancy.
Class recordings, where offered for absent learners, remain subject to our Privacy Policy and may not be redistributed outside your cohort without written permission from AI Finance Vault Inc.
